    This is probably my 5th written complaint to Fingerhut hoping that they would just cancel my order all together and refund my money (heck just cancel my order and keep the $30. you took from my account, apparently you need it more than I do. That's so sad.) I placed an order for 2 comforters for which were sent to my old address (I put in an address change 4+ times now, I lost count! 2x with a representative named "Anne" today alone at 11:03 my time) which I was told that the items were shipped to the address on file at Fingerhut and that "I" should get a hold of the new owners of my old house and see if I could pick the items up myself or have him bring them to me! I live in Colorado now, old address is in Washington state...you figure that one out? I have never spoken to the new owners! I was supposed to get an affidavit from the company, again explaining to corporate why Fingerhut made such a bad error so that I may get the items or not but they definately won't cancel my order. On top of that I just got my 1st bill but Fingerhut tried to report me to a credit agency as late on my 1st payment (payment is not due until 1-15-15, again you figure that one out?) I just don't get all of this! I'm a pretty nice person and reasonable and am willing to work this out. Just cancel my order all together, keep the $30. (even though I'm not rich, but I don't care at this point. You apparently need it more than me) and stay away from my credit report. I have done nothing wrong. Just do the right thing. Any suggestions for help would be appreciated.

    Terrible service from Fingerhut

    Fingerhut must be the worst company ever. Was on hold for almost 15 minutes before a rude gentle man from some foreign country finally answered and since he did not speak or understand English I was not able to resolve my problem with Fingerhut trying to charge me for a item that I did not receive or order.
