We called the number on the back of the card and we were not able to activate the card. They told me it was not in the system.
Received my card in the mail tried to activate it and when doing so they said my card was deactivated while in the mail to me.
I have not changed any of my information user id or the state i live in. Staff at help desk is not helpful dont know what they are doing. Very rude.

    Card Activation

    We called the number on the back of the card and we were not able to activate the card. They told me it was not in the system. Then I called 855-282-6161 which should have given me the option to activate my card but they said my card number was invalid. What do I do now? Please call me at 701-220-5208. Thank you.

    Received my card in the mail tried to activate it and when doing so they said my card was deactivated while in the mail to me. There is no way to reactivate this card and my daughter has to go without medications do to someone their ends negligence. This is completely ridiculous and I never once asked them to cancel my card and I'm the one suffering do to it. I need some one to contact me regarding this is issue. 402 433 4199

Tried loghing in stating that i was not found. They should not advertise that you can you use the website or the mobile site. Because it does not work. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
